GENERAL INFORMATION

Arrangement of a casing of the evaporator

1. Block of the delivery fan

The casing of the evaporator is located under the central part of the dashboard, near the delivery fan.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lower pressure in system.
2. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
3. Disconnect two tubes of a coolant (are specified by shooters) from a partition.
4. In models of 1999 for a detachment of tubes of a coolant, the special tool is used.
1. Press from above.
2. Turn a rychazhok.
3. Pull up.
5. Merge cooling liquid and disconnect hoses from the heater block.
6. Remove furnish of a control panel and a control panel.
7. Disconnect wires from the evaporator and a casing of the delivery fan.
8. Remove the block of sockets of the electric wires, located in the lower part of the delivery fan. Remove clamps and an air pipe. Unscrew assembly bolts of a casing of the delivery fan (are specified by shooters). Remove the block of the delivery fan.
9. Unscrew the bolts, fixing the broad valve to the evaporator.
10. Remove evaporator clamps, disconnect a drain hose and remove an evaporator casing.
11. Remove the thermostat sensor, unscrew screws and get the evaporator from a casing.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
