GENERAL INFORMATION

Repair and replacement

Before the beginning of works, surely lower pressure in fuel system.

Tubes of giving and return of fuel lie from a fuel tank in office of the engine and fasten clips to the lower part of a body. Check tubes on existence of damages.

STEEL TUBES

For replacement of tubes of fuel system use only steel tubes.

If you weaken connections of tubes, observe the following rules:

      – try not to bend and not передавить a tube;
      – replace sealing rings of tubes.

Prevention

Flexible hoses should not be close to elements of final system.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lower pressure in system.
2. Remove the clips, fixing tubes to a body.
3. In those places where rubber hoses incorporate to metal tubes, spring clips are usually used. To remove such clip, it is necessary for compressing flat-nose pliers and to shift up. Sometimes in connections quick disconnect clips are used.
4. Remove a clip of a fuel hose 1.
5. Press an ear and disconnect a hose.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
