1. At the description of procedures it is meant that works are carried out without engine removal.
2. Remove the working cylinder, take aside and fix.
3. Will hang out the engine and remove transmission. If the engine is propped up from below, keep in mind that the maslopriyemnik is located near the pallet and at deformation of the pallet access of oil to the engine can be blocked.
4. Fix coupling, having inserted an opravka.
5. Find adjusting labels (are designated by letters X or About), at their absence designate the provision of coupling on a flywheel.
6. Gradually and evenly in diagonal sequence release 6 bolts, yet will not weaken action of springs, then turn out bolts and remove a casing of coupling and a frictional disk.


1. As a rule replacement is demanded by only a frictional disk. Nevertheless it is necessary to examine a condition of all details.
2. Check a flywheel condition. It is recommended to remove a flywheel and прошлифовать irrespective of a surface condition.
3. Check a condition of a surface of frictional slips, measure distance to heads of rivets of a disk which not less than 1,5 mm should be. Check a condition of springs, weakening of rivets, existence of other signs of damages (see fig. Places of check of wear of a frictional disk). It is recommended to replace a disk irrespective of its condition.
4. Together with a frictional disk also vyzhimny the bearing as a rule changes.
5. Check a condition of a surface of a press disk, a diafragmenny spring and spring petals (see fig. Wear of petals of a spring). Small defects of a disk can be polished a skin, at major defects coupling replace.


1. Carefully clear a flywheel and coupling.
2. Establish coupling, having combined labels, and wrap bolts by hand. "flywheel side" label (to a flywheel) should be turned to a flywheel.
3. Center a disk by means of an opravka which should enter into flywheel deepening, gradually and evenly, in a cross order, tighten coupling bolts.
4. Grease a flute of the vyzhimny bearing and all rubbing surfaces with refractory greasing. Establish vyzhimny the bearing.
5. Establish transmission and all removed details.
