Air removal

Pumping of system is required every time after carrying out dismantling and assembly of a hydraulic actuator of coupling.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fill a tank with fresh brake DOT-3 liquid (use of the fulfilled liquid is forbidden).

2. Lift a car front.

3. Dress on the cylinder union a hose and release in capacity filled with brake liquid on 5 see.

4. Ask the assistant to press a coupling pedal to the full. Unscrew the pumping union, having let out liquid, tighten the union and ask the assistant to release a pedal slowly. Repeat procedure until then while the hose will not cease to leave air vials.

5. When pumping constantly watch level, without allowing withdrawal of liquid from a tank.
