Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a back seat and facing of a ware tray.
2. Lift a back part of the car and establish on supports. Remove a wheel.
3. On the cars equipped with ABS system, remove from the shock-absorber a flexible hose and the sensor of speed.
	4. Disconnect from a rack a brake hose. On the cars equipped with ABS system disconnect wires from the wheel sensor of speed.
5. Disconnect draft of the stabilizer from a rack.
6. Substitute a jack under an arm of a back axis.
	7. Release nuts of bolts of fastening of a rack to an arm of a suspension bracket (arrow) and beat out bolts. It is possible to beat out bolts only after removal of nuts and a poddomkrachivaniye of an arm of a suspension bracket. Keep in mind that a rack quite heavy and work it is necessary to carry out together, the assistant should support a rack if necessary.
	8. Unscrew three nuts of the top fastening of a rack to a body.
9. Lower a jack an arm of a suspension bracket and remove two bolts of fastening of a rack to an arm.
10. Remove a rack.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Execute procedures from section 3. In need of dismantling for the purpose of spring or rack replacement, execute procedures from section 4.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Working together, establish a rack in a wheel niche so that hairpins of the top fastening entered into openings and screw nuts.

2. Get an arm in a rack flange, insert bolts and screw nuts. Tighten nuts with the set moment.

3. Attach draft of the stabilizer for a rack arm.

4. Attach to a rack a brake hose. On the cars equipped with ABS system, attach wires to the sensor of speed.

5. Establish a wheel and lower the car.

6. Tighten three nuts of the top fastening of a rack with the set moment.

7. Establish a back seat and facing of a ware tray.
