Arm of a back suspension bracket

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and establish on supports. Remove a back wheel.
2. Remove a drum or a brake disk assembled with a support. On cars with back drum-type brakes disconnect a hydraulic actuator tube on the wheel cylinder. On cars with back disk brakes a hose from a support do not disconnect.
3. On cars with back disk brakes release and turn out a bolt of fastening of a flexible hose to a rack.
4. Remove a back nave with the bearing (see subsection 9.1.14.).
5. On cars with back drum-type brakes remove a back brake assembled with a brake board from a suspension bracket arm, without disconnecting a hose. On cars with back disk brakes remove a brake board with the mechanism of the parking brake. Fix the removed knots on a rack spring.
6. On the cars equipped with ABS system, remove the sensor of speed.

7. Release bolts of fastening of an arm to a rack.
8. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the lever on an arm, remove a nut and washers then finally turn out a bolt of fastening of an arm to a rack.
9. Supporting an arm, unscrew the bolts of fastening of an arm released earlier to a rack and separate an arm from a rack.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a condition of plugs, existence on them of cracks and wear tracks. Worn-out plugs change in car-care center.
2. Establish a suspension bracket arm on a rack arm, wrap bolts by hand.
3. Establish a bolt of fastening of the lever on an arm, a washer and screw a nut.
4. A jack raise a suspension bracket arm on the height corresponding to conditions of driving.
5. Tighten bolts of fastening of an arm of a suspension bracket to a rack with the set moment.
6. Attach a longitudinal bar and tighten a bolt with the set moment.
7. Tighten a bolt and a nut of fastening of the lever.
8. On cars with back drum-type brakes fix a hose on a rack.
9. On cars equipped with ABS system establish the sensor of speed.
10. Establish a brake board, establish a nave and tighten bolts.
11. On cars with back drum-type brakes attach a tube to the wheel cylinder.
12. Establish a drum (or a disk) brakes.
13. Establish a wheel.
14. Remove air from a hydraulic actuator (see subsection 10.11.).
15. Lower the car and tighten wheel nuts.
