3.1.6. Final collector

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Disconnect wires from the oxygen sensor. If you establish a new collector, remove the sensor.

3. Unscrew bolts (shooters) and remove the top heatisolating guard of a collector.
4. Grease collector bolts with propitochny oil.
5. Disconnect an exhaust pipe from a collector.

6. Unscrew a bolt (shooter) of an arm of the collector, located near a forward support of the engine. Remove an arm of a collector and the bottom heatisolating guard.

7. Unscrew bolts (shooters), remove a collector and laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clean being joined surfaces of a collector and a head of cylinders. If you found out that laying of a collector proceeded, check, whether the collector is deformed, if necessary address to the expert.
2. Establish new laying.
3. Establish a collector and twist bolts.
4. Tighten bolts till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
5. Establish the remained details, get the engine and check final system on existence of leaks.
