3.2.4. Covers of heads of cylinders

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Uncover the engine.
3. Disconnect wires of coils of ignition, remove coils and spark plugs.
4. Braid two nuts and disconnect plaits of wires from the left part of the engine.
5. Disconnect a plait of wires from a cover of a gas-distributing belt, unscrew five bolts and disconnect wires from the right part of the engine.
6. Braid nuts and remove covers of heads.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clean and wipe acetone being joined surfaces of covers and heads of cylinders.
2. Establish new laying of tubes of spark plugs.
3. Establish new laying in covers of heads, put hermetic on the areas specified by shooters and establish covers.
4. Tighten nuts till the demanded moment of an inhaling and establish the remained details.
