Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Pit pressure in fuel system and disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. |

| 2. Merge cooling liquid. |
|
3. Unscrew two bolts (arrow) and uncover the engine. |
| 4. Remove the air filter. |
| 5. Disconnect wires and hoses from a throttle, disconnect a butterfly valve rope. |
|
6. Disconnect a tube of system of a retsirkulyatsiya (shooter) of final gases from the chamber. |
|
7. Remove two arms of the chamber. |
|
8. Unscrew bolts (And) and braid nuts (In), fixing the chamber, to the inlet collector located below and remove the chamber. |

LOWER PART OF THE COLLECTOR

| 2. Disconnect wires from fuel injectors. |
|
3. Disconnect a hose of a heater (And) and a hose of supply of air (In) from a collector disconnect a fuel hose from the fuel highway. |
|
4. Unscrew bolts and braid nuts (arrow), remove the bottom section of a collector – figures specified sequence of a tightening of bolts and nuts. |
|
5. Under the lower part of a collector the hose of cooling liquid (shooter) is located. If you removed an inlet collector, is urgently recommended to replace an old hose with the new. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Carefully clean and wipe acetone being joined surfaces of a collector and heads. |
| 2. Establish new laying and establish the bottom section of a collector and tighten bolts till the demanded moment of an inhaling. |
| 3. Establish the remained details. |
