3.2.6. Final collectors

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Grease bolts of collectors with propitochny oil.
3. Remove oxygen sensors from both collectors.
4. Disconnect a tube of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of final gases from a back collector and a head of cylinders.

5. Braid the nuts, fixing exhaust pipes to collectors.
6. Unscrew bolts and remove collectors.
7. Examine collectors on existence of cracks and other damages.
8. Carefully clean being joined surfaces of a collector and a head of cylinders. If you found out that laying of a collector proceeded, check, whether the collector is deformed, if necessary address to the expert.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish new laying.
2. Establish a collector and twist bolts.
3. Tighten bolts till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
4. Establish the remained details, get the engine and check final system on existence of leaks
