The balancing device consists of two shaft of prisoners in an aluminum casing. Shaft are connected with each other by means of the tooth gearing, one of them is connected by means of a tooth gearing to cranked shaft.


1. Combine deepenings in shaft with cuts on a casing of shaft (2), then turn a shaft of N2 (1) so that to combine a label of D with a cut in a casing.

2. Stop N2 shaft, establish the measuring device and measure a free wheeling of a gear wheel of the first shaft. Compare the received indications to technical characteristics.
3. Turn a shaft of N2 and combine label Е with a cut in a casing, repeat measurements.
4. Turn a shaft of N2 and combine F label with a cut in a casing, again carry out measurements.
5. If necessary address to the expert.
