3.3.20. Installation of the balancing device of the engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean surfaces of the block of cylinders and the balancing device, establish laying.
2. Establish the first piston in the top dead point.
3. Combine labels (deepening) on shaft with cuts corresponding to them in a casing of shaft.
4. Establish the balancing device on the block and insert bolts. Tighten bolts till the demanded moment of an inhaling in the specified sequence.
5. Measure trailer gaps of shaft by means of a special measuring instrument. If gaps exceed the most admissible limits, address to the expert.
6. Measure a district gap of a tooth gearing of a shaft of N1 in four various provisions (1 – a gear wheel of a cranked shaft, 2 – a gear wheel of a shaft of N1).
7. By Cовместите a label And N1 shaft with a cut in a casing also measure a district gap (1 – the top half of a casing, 2 – N1 shaft).
